At Sunchild, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
